I became a photographer because I understand the value of being able to look back.Seeing my great great grandparents' photos from travelling the world,my grandparents young and in love at their wedding, those images mean everything to my family. They always have.There's something about a photograph that takes you right back to how it felt. Not just how it looked, how it actually felt in that moment.I want to create that for yours.

It's Nice to Meet You

I'm based in Southern California but most of my work takes me somewhere else entirely. I'm married to my best friend, I live close to the ocean, and I feel most like myself somewhere in nature with a camera.
Every couple I work with is completely different and I genuinely love that. Getting to know who you are, how you see the world, what your story looks like, that's what I'm drawn to. The connection that comes from that is what makes the photos what they are.

I'm inspired by the way light falls in the late afternoon, 
old film photographs, road trips with no agenda, the ocean, 
and the kind of music that makes you feel nostalgic for 
something you can't quite name. That's what I bring to every shoot.

intention, I stay out of the way, and I pay attention 
to everything unfolding around me. The quiet moments, 
the details, the people you love most. Nothing staged, nothing forced. Just your day as it actually was.
